WHO IS KLARNA?
Klarna Bank AB, commonly referred to as Klarna, is a Swedish bank that provides online financial services such as payment solutions for online storefronts, direct payments, post purchase payments and a service provider that takes end-to-end responsibility for your payment. Klarna is the provider of Smoooth payments to more than 100,000 online stores. Over 60 million consumers worldwide have trusted Klarna to securely handle their payments.
WHAT IS KLARNA (30 days)?
Klarna gives you up to 30* days to pay, once your order has been dispatched. No fees, no interest, just 30* days to pay for your item(s). All orders are shipped straight away; you can return any items that you do not want and pay only for what you wish to keep. All you need to start is a UK bank account, a UK residential address and to be 18 years or over.

WHAT IS KLARNA IN 3 INSTALMENTS?
KLARNA will allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 equal payments. The payment for each instalment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed by Maïa & Cécile and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

HOW DO I PAY BACK KLARNA LATER?
You can pay for your order later via credit or debit card at Klarna before 30 days or

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER?
Once we have registered your cancellation or processed return, the repayment will be processed in five to seven banking days by Klarna. In the case of a return or cancellation of an order where you have not yet paid, no refund will be made.
HOW CAN I INCREASE MY CHANCES OF BEING OFFERED PAY LATER?
To increase your eligibility
Ensure your name and billing address match those held by your bank account or electoral roll.
Retry – ensuring delivery of goods to your billing address.
Attempt to order with a lower basket value, if possible.
Note: If you have recently used KLARNA to pay an order please allow up to 48 hours for this to clear.
All orders are assessed individually. Just because you have been accepted for a Klarna payment method before does not mean it will be offered for every order and in turn, as it is denied does not mean it will be denied for all future orders.

WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO PROVIDE WHEN I BUY?
In order to make a purchase with Klarna you need to provide your mobile phone number and your e-mail address. All information will be sent to your email address, so it is important you provide the right contact details.
We recommend that if you are new to Klarna, you should have your first order delivered to your billing address (where your bank account is registered). This maximizes the chances of your purchase being accepted.
WHAT ABOUT CREDIT SEARCH?
Klarna may run so-called unrecorded enquiries (or soft credit searches) that do not affect credit scoring and are only visible to you and Klarna, but not visible to other lenders. Neither Klarna nor Maïa & Cécile run credit searches against you that could impact your credit rating.
